Jasper the Support Cat

With dad sort-of settled into his new residence, mum came up with a great plan to have Jasper their cat visit him.  The key to the plan was to purchase a cat stroller so that he (a heavy lump of a cat) could be transported in his carrier from the car park and through the long passageways of the nursing home. 

Of course the next key element was to get permission which was straight forward -mum and I had both previously noticed that they had a visiting alpaca inside the building on a previous occasion.

The execution of the plan went perfectly – we rolled Jasper right on in, picked dad up from a common area and went on to his room where we released Jasper to check out the surroundings which he did as well as saying hello to dad who was delighted to see him. Jasper acquitted himself with much aplomb and will be rolled in regularly from now on.
