Jo's Birthday

Jo celebrated her 55^th birthday in great style –Jo’s big celebrations are always really memorable and this was no different. She cleverly hired 2 holiday houses on the Tasman Peninsula and even more cleverly timed it for one of the largest Aurora events in recent memory.  We were able to hang out with some of Jo’s friends which were new to us, as well as old ones we’ve known forever.  We spent time hanging out, hiking, admiring the sky and generally having a great time. 

One of the highlights for me was finally getting my hair cut by one of Jo’s lovely friends Amanda who is a former hairdresser – I always prioritise everything above making an appointment so an alfresco spontaneous cut was brilliant.
