Beautiful Hobart

Sunday, 16 June 2019

This morning I had to get up at 6.30 so I could put some controls out at South Arm for a training event that Jon was taking the juniors to. As I drove down the outlet from Bonnet Hill the sunrise over Hobart looked absolutely amazing.

Out at Calverts Beach I had beautiful views of the ocean as I put out my controls.

Once my job was done I went for a run on some sections of the Tangara Trail, which stretches all over south arm. I'm rarely over this side of the river so it was lovely to see a different perspective of the mountain.

I discovered some beautiful white sandy beaches in the sections I haven't been to before.  All up it was a fantastic morning and even though we're looking forward to going away, we're so so lucky to be able to come back to Tasmania when were done.
